Weekly worship happens every Sunday at 9:30 am. All welcome!!

Communion (Lord's Supper) is on the 1st Sunday of the month!

We include contemporary activity, music, story and participation for people of all ages.

Worship celebrates our participation in God's mission in the world.

We gather to be encouraged in our following of Jesus for a transformed world...

A Team of wonderful welcoming folks have brought their hospitality and evening meal from Lakeside to Morisset Uniting “Church in the Trees” and all are welcome to enjoy good conversation and food once a month on the last Friday of the month!! Walking humbly with God!!

OT Scholar Walter Brueggemann wrote walking humbly is ‘paying attention to others.’ Our community of faith has constantly been encouraged to open our eyes to need in the world and to appreciate and know those we see, asking what hurts and hopes that exist could be met by our sharing of service and God’s love…



A Pastoral Message from the Moderator about COVID-19

Dear friends across our Synod,

Greetings in this Pentecost season.

We are finding our way into this new stage, of living differently as a church and community with the challenges of COVID 19. Many of us have learned afresh how to be the church in physical isolation, worshipping and gathering, serving and singing – wonderfully -  in new ways.

Some of us have struggled, with loneliness or uncertainty; resources have been hard to access, or technology out of our reach.

God’s mission in the world is the reconciliation and renewal of the whole of creation. The church is a community of followers of Jesus in one place, exploring how they are invited to participate in God’s mission. Attributed to many different writers is the catchphrase “It is not the church of God that has a mission in the world but the God of mission who has a church in the world.”
